What kind of critters do you handle?
Mice and rats, voles and gophers, raccoons and small mammals, birds and nests, wasps and hornets, spiders, ants, box elder bugs and the usual Utah pests. If something is getting into your house, yard or attic, that's our job.
Is the removal humane?
Wherever it's safe and legal to do so, yes. For wildlife we lean on live trapping and relocation, and we seal the entry points so the animal can't come back. The goal is to solve the problem for good, not just move it down the street.
Do you just spray, or actually keep them out?
Both. Spraying knocks down what's there now. Exclusion, sealing the gaps, vents and entry points they use, is what keeps them from coming back. We do the sealing work, which is the part most companies skip.
How fast can you come out?
For an active problem in the house we move quickly, often same day or next day. Call or text and we'll tell you straight when we can be there.
What does it cost?

Both. Some people want a one-time job done right. Others want us back on a regular schedule so the rodents and bugs never get a foothold. We'll set up whatever fits your place.
