Many repairs are done the same visit. If a part has to be ordered, we get it in and come back. Our work is backed by a warranty.

Plenty of shops will fix anything you put in front of them, because the repair is the sale. That's not how we work.

Yes. There's a flat diagnostic fee for the trip out and the time to find the problem. If you have us do the repair, that fee goes toward the work. We'll tell you the number before we head over so there are no surprises.

A lot of the time, yes, especially for a fridge or freezer that's losing food. Call or text early and we'll tell you honestly what's open. If we can't make it same day, we'll book the soonest slot we have.

Do you work on all brands?
We work on most major brands, including Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Maytag, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, and Kenmore. Tell us the brand and model when you call and we'll let you know before we come out.
Should I repair it or replace it?
We'll give you a straight answer. If the repair costs more than the appliance is worth, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a job. The goal is to keep a good machine running, not to talk you into a repair that doesn't make sense.
How long does a repair take?
Many repairs are done in a single visit if we have the part on the truck. If a part has to be ordered, we'll get it in and come back as soon as it lands, usually within a few days.
Do you offer any guarantee?
We stand behind our work. Parts and labor are warranted, and if something we fixed isn't holding, we come back and make it right. Ask us about the warranty on your specific repair.
