Freedom Demolition & Handyman Services is owner-run out of Cedar City. The idea is simple: most projects need somebody to take the old out and somebody to make the new right, and you should not have to coordinate two different crews to get there.
So we do both. We will spend a day gutting a bathroom, and we will come back and patch the drywall, hang the door, and work down the punch list until the project is actually finished. Quoted up front, cleaned up after, and the owner on site the whole time.

What does Freedom Demolition & Handyman do?
Two sides of the same job. Demolition is the tear-out: interior demo, removing walls, cabinets, flooring, tile, decks, and sheds, then hauling the debris off. Handyman is the fix and finish: drywall, patching, trim, doors, mounting, small repairs, and the punch list that gets a project signed off. A lot of jobs are both at once.
What areas do you serve?
Cedar City and the rest of Iron County, including Enoch, Parowan, Kanarraville, Hamilton Fort, New Harmony, and up to Brian Head. If you are just outside that, send an address and we will tell you straight whether it is a fit.
Do you do small jobs, or only big tear-outs?
Both. We will spend a day gutting a bathroom and we will also come hang a door or patch the drywall the last guy left open. No job is too small to call about.
How do you charge?
Most jobs are quoted up front once we know the scope, so you are not signing a blank check. Smaller handyman work can run by the hour. Either way you hear the number before any work starts.
