Do you sell wholesale to homeowners, or only contractors?
Both. You do not need a contractor account or a license to buy from us. Walk into the Murray showroom, pick what you like, and you get the wholesale price the same as a builder would.
What kinds of flooring do you carry?
Hardwood and engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank, tile, laminate, and carpet. If you are not sure what fits your home, your budget, or how the room gets used, we will walk you through the trade-offs in plain language.
Do you install, or just sell the material?
We do both. You can buy the material and install it yourself, or have our crews handle subfloor prep, removal, installation, and trim. Most customers have us install it.
How much does new flooring cost?
It depends on the product, the square footage, and how much prep the room needs. Because we buy direct and sell wholesale, the material cost is usually well below big-box retail. Bring your room measurements or a rough sketch and we will give you a real written number, not a guess.
Can you measure my rooms for me?
Yes. We offer an in-home measure so the quote is accurate and you order the right amount of material. A guess on square footage is how people end up short or paying for waste.
What areas do you serve?
The showroom is in Murray and we install across the Salt Lake Valley: Salt Lake City, Sandy, Midvale, West Jordan, Cottonwood Heights, Holladay, South Jordan, Draper, and Taylorsville.
How long does an installation take?
A single room is often a day. A full main floor usually runs a few days depending on demolition, subfloor repair, and the material. We give you a realistic timeline up front and keep you posted if anything changes.
Do you remove and haul away my old flooring?
Yes. Tear-out and haul-away of the old floor can be part of the job. We will spell out exactly what is included before you commit, so nothing is a surprise on install day.
Can I take home samples before I decide?
Absolutely. Lighting at home is different from showroom lighting, so we want you to live with a few samples for a day or two before you commit to a whole floor.
What about pets, kids, and water in the kitchen?
That is exactly the conversation to have in the showroom. Luxury vinyl plank and tile hold up to pets, kids, and moisture far better than most wood or laminate. Tell us how the room actually gets used and we will steer you to the right product.
