A roof built tooutlast the storm.
Hanco Construction & Roofing replaces, repairs, and storm-proofs roofs across West Jordan and the Salt Lake valley. No pressure, no guesswork. Just a clear seven-step process and a roof done right.
The roof over your house is not the place to cut corners.
Hanco Construction & Roofing is a local crew that does one thing and does it well: roofs that hold up to Utah weather. Hard sun in July, heavy snow in January, and the hail that rolls through the valley in between.
We do not run a call center or hand you off to a salesperson. You deal with the people doing the work, you get a straight read on what your roof actually needs, and you get it in writing before anything starts.

How a Hanco roof gets done.
Seven steps from the first phone call to the final magnet sweep. No surprises, no disappearing crew. This is what working with us actually looks like.
It starts with a real inspection, not a guess from the driveway. We climb up, check the shingles, flashing, valleys, and penetrations, and look in the attic where it makes sense. You get photos and a plain-English read on the condition. If the roof has good years left, we will tell you that and save you the money.
- On-roof inspection
- Photo report
- No charge
- Honest assessment
We lay out exactly what the job needs, what materials we will use, and what it costs, on paper, before any work begins. You will know the scope and the number up front. A new roof is a big-ticket repair, so we are happy to walk through financing options and answer every question before you decide.

We help you choose the right system for your home. Architectural asphalt shingles for most valley homes, metal where it fits, and the right underlayment and ventilation to match. Then we order materials and lock in a start date that works for you, and tell you what to expect on the day.

- Metal roofing
- Underlayment & ventilation
- Clear start date
On install day we tarp the yard, landscaping, and anything that needs covering, then strip the old roof down to the deck. We check the decking for soft spots and rot while it is exposed, because that is the only time to catch it, and we tell you before we replace anything.
- Yard & landscape tarped
- Full tear-off
- Decking checked
- Rot caught early

We dry the roof in with proper underlayment and ice-and-water shield in the valleys and along the eaves, then install the new roof to manufacturer spec. Flashing, drip edge, and ventilation are done right, not rushed. Most single-family homes are a one to two day job once we are on site.
- Ice & water shield
- Valley & eave protection
- New flashing & venting
- Installed to spec

They left the yard cleaner than they found it. You would never know a whole roof came off the house that week.

When the roof is done, the job is not finished until the cleanup is. We haul the old roof and debris away, then run a rolling magnet over the driveway, walkways, and yard to pull up stray nails. You should not be finding our leftovers in the lawn weeks later. That is the difference between a crew that cares and one that doesn't.
- Full debris haul-off
- Rolling magnet sweep
- Driveway & yard cleared
- Final walkthrough

Your new roof carries the manufacturer's material warranty, and we stand behind our own workmanship. If something is not right after we leave, you call us and we come back and make it right. We are a local company. We are not going anywhere, and our name is on every roof in the valley.

- Workmanship guarantee
- We come back if needed

Every kind of roof in the valley.
Roof replacement & reroofs
Full tear-offs and new roofs on single-family homes across the valley. Architectural shingle, metal, and the right underlayment and ventilation to match your house.
Storm & hail damage
Wind and hail take a toll on valley roofs. We document the damage, work with your insurance, and get the roof back to fully protecting your home.
Roof repair & leaks
Lifted shingles, a leak around a vent or chimney, storm damage in one spot. We fix what can be fixed and only call for a reroof when the roof is truly at the end.
Flashing & ventilation
The details that decide how long a roof lasts. Proper flashing at the valleys and penetrations, and attic ventilation that keeps the deck dry and the shingles healthy.
Gutters & exterior
As a construction and roofing company, we handle the exterior work that ties into the roof, including gutters and the connected trim, so water gets carried away from the house.
Inspections & maintenance
Not sure what shape your roof is in? A free inspection tells you. We will catch the small things before they become a ceiling stain, and tell you straight if it is fine.
