Which kinds of flooring do you install?
Vinyl plank and waterproof LVP, hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, tile, and carpet. Most homes are a mix, so we are happy to do one room or the whole house in different materials.
Do you measure and quote before I commit?
Yes. We come out, measure the actual rooms, talk through your options, and give you a written number before any work starts. The person who measures is the same crew that installs, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
How long does a flooring job take?
Most single rooms are a day. A typical main floor of vinyl plank or laminate is usually one to three days depending on size and how much old flooring has to come up. Tile and stairs take longer. We give you a real timeline up front, not a guess.
Do you move the furniture?
We move the normal stuff. Beds, couches, tables and dressers are part of the job. We ask that you clear small breakables and anything fragile or valuable before we start, and we put the big pieces back when the floor is done.
Do you haul away the old flooring?
Yes. Tear-out and haul-away of the old carpet, pad, or flooring is included unless you tell us you want to keep it. We leave the rooms clean.
What does it cost?
It depends on the material, the square footage, and whether there is tear-out or subfloor work. We do not give a number over the phone that we cannot stand behind. We measure first, then quote a flat price in writing so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Can you match flooring I already have?
Often, yes. If you are extending into a new room or replacing part of the house, bring us a photo or a sample and we will get as close as the product line allows, and tell you honestly when an exact match is not realistic.
Is the work guaranteed?
We stand behind the installation. If something we put in is not sitting right, call us and we will come back and make it right. Material warranties come from the manufacturer, and we will walk you through what your product carries.
