What kinds of flooring do you install?
Hardwood and engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), tile, laminate, and carpet. We also handle subfloor prep and repair, transitions, trim, and stairs. If you are not sure what fits your home or budget, we will walk through the options with you in person.
What areas do you serve?
Eagle Mountain is home base, and we cover Utah County: Saratoga Springs, Lehi, Cedar Hills, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, and Orem. If you are nearby and not on that list, just ask.
Is the quote free?
Yes. We come measure, talk through materials, and give you a written number with no pressure and no surprise add-ons later. The price we quote is the price you pay.
How long does a typical floor take?
Most single-room or main-level jobs run one to three days, depending on the material and the prep the subfloor needs. We give you a realistic day count up front and keep you posted if anything changes.
Do I have to move the furniture?
We can handle moving furniture as part of the job. Tell us what is in the rooms when we quote it so the day count and price account for it.
Can you remove my old flooring?
Yes. Tear-out and haul-away of the old carpet, tile, or wood is part of a normal install. We leave the space clean and ready to live in.
Is LVP good with kids and pets?
It is one of the most popular picks for a reason. Quality LVP is waterproof, scratch-resistant, and warm underfoot, which holds up well to kids, dogs, and Utah winters. We will show you samples so you can see the wear layers that matter.
Do you supply the flooring, or do I buy it?
Either works. We can supply quality material at fair pricing, or install flooring you have already bought. Tell us which you prefer and we will quote it that way.
What if my subfloor is uneven or damaged?
We check the subfloor before we lay anything. If it needs leveling, patching, or moisture work, we flag it and price it openly rather than burying it. A floor is only as straight as what is under it.
Do you guarantee the work?
We stand behind our installation. If something is not sitting right after we leave, call us and we will make it right. Manufacturer warranties on the materials apply on top of that.
