How long does a roof replacement take?
Most single-family homes in our area are torn off and re-roofed in one to two days. Larger or steeper roofs can take a little longer. We tell you the realistic timeline before we start, not after.
What roofing materials do you install?
Mostly architectural asphalt shingles, which hold up well to Utah sun, wind, and snow and fit most budgets. We also handle metal roofing and flat or low-slope sections. We will walk you through the trade-offs for your home.
Do you do small repairs, or only full roofs?
Both. A few missing shingles, a leak around a vent, cracked flashing, or storm damage are all worth fixing before they turn into a bigger problem. We are glad to handle the small jobs, not just full replacements.
Do you install and repair gutters too?
Yes. Gutters and a roof work as one system, so we install seamless gutters, replace worn sections, and add guards. Doing both at once means the water actually gets carried away from your foundation.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry insurance and work to code on every job. We are happy to share current proof of coverage before any work begins.
Do you clean up after the job?
Always. We tarp the yard, haul off the old material, and run a magnet over the lawn and driveway to catch stray nails. When we leave, the only sign we were there is a better roof.
