High pressure cleans concrete. It can ruin siding, paint, and roofs. We use the right method for each surface, so things come clean and nothing gets wrecked.
A lot of damage we get asked to fix started with someone blasting wood, stucco, or shingles at full power. That is not how we work. Driveways and patios get real pressure. Siding, painted trim, and roofs get a gentle soft wash that lifts the grime and algae without forcing water where it should not go.

- Pressure washing uses high water pressure and is right for concrete like driveways, sidewalks, and patios. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution and is what we use on house siding, painted surfaces, and roofs so nothing gets damaged. We pick the method to fit the surface, not the other way around.
- Not the way we do it. Siding, stucco, painted trim, and shingles get a soft wash at low pressure with the right cleaner, so the dirt and algae lift off without stripping paint or driving water behind the surface. We only use high pressure where it belongs, on concrete and masonry.
- It depends on the size of the area and how dirty it is, so we give you a flat price up front before any work starts. A driveway is priced differently than a full house wash. You will know the number before we pull a hose out, and there are no surprise add-ons after.
- For most exterior jobs you do not. As long as we can reach the area and an outdoor water spigot, we can take care of driveways, siding, and patios while you are at work and text you when it is done.
- We connect to your outdoor spigot, and the cost to you is small, usually a few dollars of water for a typical job. Our equipment is built to clean more with less, so we are not running an open hose the whole time.
- Most of the time, yes. Oil drips, rust runs from sprinklers, and battery acid spots usually come up with a pre-treatment and a hot rinse. Some deep old stains lighten rather than vanish, and we will tell you honestly what to expect before we start so there are no surprises.
- Most Bountiful homes look best with a house soft wash once a year and concrete every year or two, depending on shade, trees, and sprinkler overspray. North-facing and shaded areas grow algae faster, so those tend to need it more often.
- Yes. We carry liability insurance and are happy to share proof before the job. If anything were ever damaged on our watch, it is covered.
