We come measure
We visit your home, measure every room, and bring samples so you can see and feel the options where they will actually live. The measure and the written quote are free.

You pick, we schedule
Once you have chosen a floor, we lock in a start date and give you a realistic timeline. We order the material and let you know when it is ready to install.

We install and clean up
We move furniture, tear out the old floor, prep the subfloor, and lay your new one. When we are done we put the room back together and haul the old material away.

Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We come to your home, measure every room, and walk you through samples and options on site. The measure and the written quote are free, with no obligation to buy.
What kinds of flooring do you install?
Hardwood and engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank, tile and stone, laminate, and carpet. If you are not sure what suits your home, we will bring samples and talk through how each one wears, sounds, and cleans.
Do I buy the flooring somewhere else, or through you?
Through us. We supply the material and install it, so one company is responsible for the whole job. That also means if there is ever an issue, you have one number to call, not a finger-pointing match between a store and an installer.
How long does an install take?
Most single rooms are done in a day or two. A full main floor usually runs a few days depending on square footage, the material, and whether old flooring has to come out first. We give you a realistic timeline in the quote and keep you posted as we go.
Do you move the furniture and haul away the old flooring?
Yes. We move the furniture in each room, tear out and dispose of the old flooring, and put the room back together when we are finished. You should not have to empty your house to get new floors.
What areas do you serve?
South Jordan and the south end of the Salt Lake valley, including Riverton, Herriman, Daybreak, West Jordan, Bluffdale, Sandy, and Draper.
Can you match or blend new flooring into an existing floor?
Often, yes. Bring us a photo or a sample and we will tell you honestly whether a clean blend is realistic or whether running the new floor to a natural break point will look better long term.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our installation is guaranteed in writing, and the material carries its own manufacturer warranty. If something is not right after we leave, we come back and make it right.
Do you offer financing?
Financing options may be available depending on the size of the project. Ask when we come out to measure and we will walk you through what is offered.
