Why homeowners call us

Most pest companies sell you one thing. We run pest control and lawn care off the same truck, so your house and your yard get handled by people who actually live in Weber County.

Pick what your place needs. We do both.

01 / Pest Control

Keep the bugs outside, where they belong.

A thorough exterior barrier around the house is where most pest problems get stopped. We hit the foundation, eaves, windows, and the spots they sneak in, then keep it knocked back on a recurring visit.

  • Spiders, ants, wasps, and box elder bugs
  • Rodent inspection and control
  • Free retreats between visits if something flares up

02 / Lawn Care

A greener yard without the guesswork.

Weeds get ahead of you fast in northern Utah. We run a seasonal program that puts down pre-emergent in spring, controls the weeds that pop up, and feeds the grass so it actually fills in and stays green.

  • Weed control and spot treatment
  • Fertilization timed to the season
  • A program built for your yard, not a script

03 / Pest + Lawn

Bundle both and stop juggling companies.

Most of our customers do both, because it is the same crew, the same schedule, and one number to text when something comes up. Your bugs and your weeds are somebody else's problem now.

  • One company for the house and the yard
  • One visit window, one bill, one point of contact

Good questions

Answers before you call.

What areas do you serve?
Ogden and the surrounding Weber County and north Davis County area, including North Ogden, South Ogden, Roy, Clearfield, Layton, Riverdale, and Pleasant View. If you are nearby and not sure, call or text (385) 360-4900 and we will tell you straight.
Do you handle both pest control and lawn care?
Yes. We run two sides of the same truck. Pest control covers spiders, ants, wasps, box elder bugs, rodents, and the usual northern Utah problems. Lawn care covers weed control, fertilization, and seasonal lawn treatments. A lot of our customers book both so it is one company, one schedule.
Are the products safe around kids and pets?
We use professional, EPA-registered products and apply them by label. For most treatments you and your pets stay off treated areas only until they dry. We will point out anything to keep clear of before we leave, and you can always ask the tech on site.
How fast can you come out?
For most service requests we can usually get to you within a couple of business days, and often sooner for wasps or a rodent problem. Call or text and we will give you a real window, not a four-hour guess.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No high-pressure annual lock-in. We offer recurring quarterly pest service and seasonal lawn programs because they work, but we will tell you what your situation actually needs. If you want a one-time treatment, we do those too.
What does a quote cost?
Quotes are free. Tell us the size of your property and what you are dealing with, and we will give you a clear price before any work starts. No surprise charges added after the fact.
What if the pests come back between visits?
On a recurring plan, retreats between scheduled visits are included. If something flares up after a service, call us and we will come back out and take care of it. That is the whole point of having a service you can count on.
Do you treat the inside and outside of the house?
Most of the work is a thorough exterior barrier treatment, which is where pests come from, plus eaves, foundation, and entry points. We treat inside on request or when an active problem calls for it. Just let the tech know what you are seeing.
How do you handle rodents?
We inspect for entry points, set up a control plan, and follow up. Mice and voles are common in this part of Utah, especially heading into fall, so getting ahead of it before they move indoors makes a real difference.
When should I start lawn treatments?
Early spring is the time to get ahead of weeds with a pre-emergent, and from there the lawn gets treated through the growing season. If your yard is already struggling, it is never too late to get it on a program. Call and we will look at it.
