What we clean

The full job, one crew.

Carpet is where we started, but most homes need a few of these handled in the same visit. Tap any line for what is included.

  • 01

    Carpet cleaning

Truck-mounted hot-water extraction with a pre-treat on traffic lanes and spots. We groom the pile so it dries even and looks right, then leave it damp instead of soaked so it dries fast.

  • 02

    Area & oriental rugs

Wool, silk-blend, and machine-made rugs each clean differently. We check the fiber first and match the method, so a delicate or antique rug gets the careful version, not the same treatment as wall-to-wall carpet.

  • 03

    Upholstery & sofas

Couches, sectionals, recliners, dining chairs, and mattresses. We read the fabric cleaning code first and match the method, so nothing gets over-wet, shrunk, or discolored.

  • 04

    Tile & grout

Kitchen, bath, and entry tile with grout lines scrubbed and rinsed under pressure to lift the dirt a mop just pushes around. We can seal the grout after so it stays clean longer.

  • 05

    Pet stains & odor

Pet messes soak into the pad, so a surface clean only hides them. We treat the source with an enzyme that breaks the odor down, then extract it. For heavy cases we will be honest about what cleaning can and cannot fix.

  • 06

    Water extraction

A burst line or an overflowed tub means the water has to come out of the carpet and pad fast before it does more damage. We extract the water and get air moving so the area dries properly.

How a visit goes

Four steps, no guesswork.

01

Quick walk-through

We look at the rooms, the fiber, and the problem spots, then give you a clear price before any work starts.

02

Pre-treat

Traffic lanes, spots, and pet areas get treated first so the dirt is loosened before the extraction pass.

03

Hot-water extraction

The deep clean: hot water in, dirt and water back out, with the pile groomed so it dries even.

04

Dry & check

We get air moving, walk it with you, and make sure you are happy before we pack up.

The name says it

Clean comes down to the basics done right: hot water, real extraction, and care for the fiber. That is the whole idea behind the name.

No quick top-coat that looks good for a week and traps soap in the pile. A rinse that comes clean, so the carpet stays fresher longer.

About PurElements

A local crew that treats your home like it matters.

PurElements is a Provo carpet cleaning company. We do the deep, hot-water kind of clean that actually pulls dirt out of the fibers, then we groom the pile and get it drying so you are not stuck with soggy carpet all day.

We quote before we work, we are straight about what a stain will and will not do, and we treat your floors and furniture with care. That is what keeps the reviews where they are.

Good questions

Before you book.

How long does it take to dry?
Most carpets are dry to the touch in about 4 to 6 hours, and fully dry overnight. We use strong extraction so the carpet comes up damp, not soaked, and running a fan speeds it up. We will tell you what to expect before we start.
What does it cost?
Pricing is by the room and the square footage, not a vague flat rate that climbs once we arrive. Tell us the rooms and any problem spots and you get a clear quote up front. No surprise charges at the door.
Do you remove pet stains and odor?
Yes. Pet messes soak into the pad, so a surface clean only hides them for a few days. We treat the source with an enzyme that breaks down the odor, then extract it. For heavy cases we are honest about what cleaning can and cannot fix.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Our standard process is hot water and a solution that rinses clean, so there is no sticky residue left in the fibers for little ones or pets. If you have a sensitivity, just tell us and we will work around it.
How often should carpet be cleaned?
For most Provo homes, once a year keeps the carpet healthy. Homes with kids, pets, or heavy traffic do better every six to nine months. Regular cleaning also protects the warranty on many newer carpets.
Can you clean area and oriental rugs?
Yes. Wool, silk-blend, and machine-made rugs each need a different touch, so we identify the fiber first and clean it the right way. Delicate and antique rugs get extra care.
Do you clean upholstery too?
Yes, sofas, sectionals, recliners, dining chairs, and mattresses. We check the manufacturer cleaning code first and match the method to the fabric so nothing gets over-wet or discolored.
Will old stains and traffic lanes come out?
Most do. Traffic lanes, spills, and ground-in dirt usually lift with hot-water extraction and the right pre-treatment. Some stains, like certain dyes or bleach spots, are permanent, and we will tell you honestly before charging you for something that will not change.
What areas do you serve?
Provo and the rest of Utah County, including Orem, Springville, Spanish Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lehi, American Fork, Lindon, and Mapleton. If you are near the valley, just ask.
