Heating, cooling, and the metal in between.
The Stallings Company keeps Sanpete County warm in winter and cool in summer. We service and install furnaces and air conditioners, and we build the ductwork ourselves in our own sheet metal shop.
Most companies install a system and order the duct from a catalog. We cut and fold ours in the shop, so it fits your house instead of close enough.
Comfort, start to finish.

01
Furnace & heating service
Gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pumps diagnosed and repaired. We track down the real fault, not a parts-cannon guess, and we carry the common parts so most repairs are done the same visit.
-
02
Air conditioning
Central AC and heat pump cooling, repaired or installed. We check the charge, the airflow, and the coils, then fix what is actually wrong so the house cools the way it should through a Utah summer.
-
03
New system installs
A new furnace or AC sized to your home, not guessed at. We measure the heat load, recommend equipment that fits your budget, and give you a written price before we start. No surprise charges at the end.
-
04
Custom sheet metal & ductwork
This is the part most companies farm out. We fabricate plenums, transitions, fittings, and custom duct in our own shop, so the air path fits your home and moves air quietly and evenly through every room.
-
05
New construction & remodels
Full HVAC and sheet metal for new homes, additions, and remodels. We work from the heat load and the duct design through the rough-in, the install, and the start-up, and we leave it dialed in.
-
06
Tune-ups & maintenance
A yearly check catches the small stuff before it leaves you without heat in January or cold air in July. We clean, test, and inspect the system, and tell you honestly what needs attention and what can wait.
Off-the-shelf duct, or duct built for your house.
Drag the slider. On the left is the kind of pieced-together duct that fights you for years: tight turns, leaks, rooms that never get comfortable. On the right is what comes out of our shop, sized and folded to fit, so air moves the way it should.

How people across Sanpete County describe working with us. Read our reviews on Google
All across Sanpete County.
We are based in Mt. Pleasant and run the valley. If your town is close and you do not see it, call and ask, the answer is usually yes.
Questions we hear a lot.If yours is not here, just call. We are happy to talk it through.
- What areas do you cover?
- We are based in Mt. Pleasant and work across Sanpete County, including Fairview, Spring City, Ephraim, Moroni, Fountain Green, and Manti. If you are nearby and not sure, just call and ask.
- Do you service all furnace and AC brands?
- Yes. We service and repair gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioners of every common brand, not only the ones we install.
- Do you really build your own ductwork?
- We do. Stallings is a sheet metal shop as much as an HVAC company. Plenums, transitions, fittings, and custom duct are fabricated in our own shop, so they fit your house instead of forcing your house to fit a part off the shelf.
- How much does a new furnace or AC cost?
- It depends on the size of your home, the equipment you choose, and the shape of the existing ductwork. We come out, measure, and give you a written price before any work starts. No surprise charges at the end.
- My furnace quit and it is cold. How fast can you come?
- Call us. No heat in a Sanpete winter is something we treat as urgent, and we get to those calls as quickly as we can fit them in.
- Do you do new construction and remodels?
- Yes. We handle full HVAC and sheet metal for new homes, additions, and remodels, from the heat load and the duct design through the install and start-up.
- Should I repair my old system or replace it?
- We will tell you straight. If a repair makes sense, we repair it. If the unit is old enough that you are paying to keep a money pit running, we will lay out the numbers so you can decide.
- How often should heating and cooling be serviced?
- Once a year is the standard: cooling checked in spring, heating checked in fall. A yearly tune-up catches small problems before they leave you without heat or cold air, and it keeps the system running efficiently.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes, The Stallings Company is licensed and insured for HVAC and sheet metal work in Utah.
