Real floors, wholesale prices.
Hardwood, vinyl plank, tile, laminate and carpet for Salt Lake City homes. We sell it and we install it, without the showroom markup.
Why buy wholesale
The same floor, without the showroom markup.
A big retail floor showroom marks the material up two or three times before you ever see a price. We buy direct and sell close to cost, then put our own crews on the install. You get name-brand flooring and a clean job, for less.
Hardwood
that lasts.
Solid and engineered wood in oak, hickory, maple and more. The warm, classic floor that adds value to a home and can be refinished down the road. We help you match the species and finish to your light and your lifestyle.
Vinyl plank,
built for life.
Luxury vinyl plank looks like wood, holds up to kids, pets and spills, and is fully waterproof. It is the go-to for basements, kitchens and busy main floors here in the valley. Tough, quiet underfoot, and easy to live with.
Tile, set
straight and clean.
Porcelain and ceramic tile for entryways, kitchens, bathrooms and showers. Big formats, wood-look planks, classic subway and mosaics. Set level with tight, even grout lines by installers who do it every day.
Carpet, laminate,
cozy and quick.
Soft, stain-resistant carpet for bedrooms and stairs, plus durable laminate that gives you a wood look on a budget. Both go down fast, so the rooms you live in are back to normal in no time.

Questions, answered
Before you call.
The things Salt Lake homeowners usually want to know about buying and installing a new floor.
What does wholesale flooring actually mean?
It means we buy direct and pass the savings on instead of marking material up the way a big retail showroom does. You are looking at the same name-brand hardwood, vinyl plank, tile, laminate and carpet, priced closer to what the store paid for it.
Do you install the floors, or just sell the material?
Both. You can buy material and take it with you, or have our crews install it. Most customers do the whole project with us so there is one number to call if anything ever needs attention.
Which kinds of flooring do you carry?
Hardwood and engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank and waterproof flooring, porcelain and ceramic tile, laminate, and carpet. If you have a specific look or brand in mind, ask and we will source it.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. We come out, measure the rooms, talk through your options, and give you a written quote with the material and the install spelled out. No charge and no pressure.
What areas do you serve?
Salt Lake City and the surrounding valley, including West Valley City, Sandy, Murray, West Jordan, South Jordan, Draper, Millcreek, Holladay and Cottonwood Heights.
How long does a typical install take?
Most homes are done in a few days once material is in. Smaller rooms can be a single day. We give you a realistic timeline before we start and keep you posted if anything changes.
Will you move furniture and haul away the old floor?
Yes. Our installers move the furniture, pull up and dispose of the old flooring, and clean up when the job is finished. You come home to a finished room, not a mess.
Is the installation warrantied?
Your material carries the manufacturer warranty, and we stand behind our installation work. If something is not right with how it was installed, call us and we will make it right.
Can I see samples before I commit?
Of course. Come look at full samples in person, or we can bring options to your home so you can see the color and grain against your own walls and light.
Do you handle waterproof floors for basements and baths?
Yes. Waterproof luxury vinyl and tile are popular here for basements, kitchens, laundry rooms and bathrooms. We will steer you to the right product for the room.
