The valley, neighborhood by neighborhood.
Window Works runs a tight route through the center of Utah County, so you get a quick reply and a crew that already knows your area.
Home baseOur home turf, and most of the schedule.
This is where we are every week. From the tree-lined streets near campus to the foothill homes off the bench, we know the hard-water staining and dust that valley windows pick up, and we clean for it.
North countyThe new builds and the established streets.
Plenty of newer homes up here still have construction film and overspray on the glass. We get that off and set up the regular cleans that keep the big front windows looking the way they did on move-in day.
South countyHomes and Main Street businesses alike.
We run south for both. Houses get the full inside-and-out treatment, and storefronts on Main get put on a schedule so the glass out front is always clear when customers walk up.

Questions homeowners ask.
Straight answers on areas, pricing and what is included. Still not sure? Text us and we will get back to you.
- What areas around Orem do you cover?
- We are based in Orem and cover the heart of Utah County: Orem, Provo, Lindon, Vineyard, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Lehi, Springville, Spanish Fork, Mapleton and Saratoga Springs. If you are just outside that line, call and ask. We will tell you straight whether your address is on the route.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on how many windows you have, how many stories, and whether you want inside and out or just the outside. Tell us a little about your home over the phone or by text and you will get a clear quote before anything is booked. No surprise charges at the door.
- Do you clean the inside too?
- Yes. Most homes book inside and out so the glass is clear from both sides. We wear shoe covers, lay down towels, and leave your sills and floors the way we found them. If you only want the exterior, that is fine too.
- Do you get screens, tracks and hard-water spots?
- We clean and reset screens and wipe out the tracks and sills as part of a full clean, so it is not just the glass that looks new. Hard-water staining and mineral spotting from sprinklers can usually be treated as well. Mention it when you call so we bring the right gear.
- Can you reach second-story and high windows?
- Yes. We are set up for two-story homes and the higher glass most homeowners cannot safely reach, using ladders and water-fed poles depending on the window. Tell us about any tricky spots when you call so we plan the right approach.
- Do you do storefronts and commercial windows?
- We do. Storefronts, offices and other businesses around Utah County can set up a regular schedule so the glass out front always looks sharp. We work around your hours and can do weekly, monthly or one-time cleans.
- How often should windows be cleaned?
- Most Utah County homes look great on a twice-a-year rhythm, usually spring and fall, since the valley dust and sprinkler spray build up fast. Homes near construction or busy roads sometimes go quarterly. We will give you an honest recommendation, not a hard sell.
- Are estimates free?
- Yes. For most homes we can quote right over the phone or by text from a few quick details. For larger homes and commercial buildings we are happy to come look in person so the number is exact.
- What if I am not happy with the result?
- If a window does not look right, tell us and we will come back and make it right. Clean glass is the whole job, and our 4.9 star rating on Google comes from not leaving until it is done well.
- How do I book?
- Call or text (801) 896-3233, or send the short form on this page. Tell us your city and roughly how many windows, and we will get you a quote and a spot on the schedule.
